Tasting

Notes

Nose
Wild strawberry, dried herbs, woodsmoke, black tea and crushed stone.
Palate
Pinot Noir's red-fruit drive is framed by Chardonnay's chalky lift; the wine is at once savoury and lifted, with a fine bead.
Finish
Long, smoky, terroir-driven — unmistakably Tillington.
