Tasting

Notes

Nose
Crystallised ginger, brioche, white truffle, beeswax and toasted hazelnut.
Palate
Dense and vinous; the bead is ultra-fine, the texture creamy, the flavours layered through orchard fruit, dried citrus and savoury autolytic notes.
Finish
Astonishingly long, with a slow, evolving complexity.
