Nose
Blood orange, wild raspberry, cedar, gentle spice and a hint of rose hip.
Palate
Powerful yet poised; red fruits, dried citrus peel and a savoury, almost gamy depth supported by extraordinary length.
Finish
Haunting, slow-fading, with smoke and salt.
