Bright red-fruit attack braced by chalky acidity, with subtle red-currant savouriness mid-palate.

Crisp, dry and refreshing, with a delicate lingering florality.

West Sussex sits on a sweep of greensand and chalk geologically continuous with the Champagne region across the Channel. The cool maritime climate gives a long, slow growing season — the foundation of every Nyetimber wine.

In the cellar

Vinification

A blend of white wine with a small percentage of still Pinot Noir for colour. Aged on lees for at least 36 months.
