West Sussex sits on a sweep of greensand and chalk geologically continuous with the Champagne region across the Channel. The cool maritime climate gives a long, slow growing season — the foundation of every Nyetimber wine.
In the cellar
A blend of white wine with a small percentage of still Pinot Noir for colour. Aged on lees for at least 36 months.
